Thaddeus glass coffee table — 60" wide, 24" deep, 15" high (152.4 x 61 x 38.1 cm). The frame is forged rather than cast, so every leg carries hammer marks and no two are quite alike, and the glass top leaves all of it visible.

Material

Hand-forged metal frame with a crossed stretcher, under a glass top

Blackened forged metal with clear glass

The frame is forged and finished by hand, so profile, texture and the depth of the finish vary from piece to piece and from the photographs.

Specifications

Care: Clean the glass with a soft cloth and a little warm water or a non-ammonia glass cleaner; ammonia attacks the seal at the frame.
Dust the frame dry. The finish is applied by hand over forged metal, so avoid abrasives and solvents entirely.
Lift objects on and off the top rather than dragging them. Full care guide
