Jakob leather lounge chair — 23.5" wide, 34" deep, 30" high (59.7 x 86.4 x 76.2 cm). The same compass-leg frame as the sheepskin Jakob, cut back to a seat pad, a back panel and two slim arm rolls, so the joinery is the whole of what you see.

Material

Solid oak compass-leg frame with an upholstered seat, back and arm pads

Leather on natural oak

Every hide is different. Grain, scarring, colour depth and the way the leather takes light vary from panel to panel and from the photographs; those marks are the record of a real animal, not defects.

Specifications

Care: Dust with a dry soft cloth and wipe occasionally with a barely damp one. Never use soap, solvents or furniture polish.
Blot spills at once and let the hide dry on its own -- heat sets a stain and hardens the leather.
Keep it out of direct sun and away from radiators, both of which dry and crack a hide.
Full-grain leather takes on a patina with use; that darkening and softening is the material, not wear. Full care guide
